Dawat ka kaam effective tor pe tabhi ho sakta hai jab hum collectively unity ke saath teamwork ki shakal mein is ko karein . Kyunke is ke baghair individual level pe aap aala darje ka dawat ka kaam nahi kar sakte. Kal hum ne is pe charcha bhi ki thi. To yeh mera aakhri sawal hai aaj ka, is ke baray mein aap kuch batayein. Unity is the most important value in life. Not only for dawat work but also for any

great work. You cannot perform any great work on an individual level. Individually you can't perform any great work. And dawat work, which is a global task given to Muslim Ummah, so how can you perform without uniting ? Because whenever more than one people join together for a cause, for a mission, there are differences. You know, we think differently. Even brothers and sisters think differently. So but we adjust in our home, so why can't we adjust outside of our homes?

So we must think that, always think that this is something God given. And you cannot go against the planning of God. God has given us freedom, God has given us this thinking ability. Everyone thinks differently. So in, you know, I did my MA in English literature, so there is one paper on criticism.

But in Urdu syllabuses, we don't have such papers on criticism. So criticism is invited. My father used to say that I love being criticized. That is why he never, he was never disturbed of criticism. He said that this creates our thinking, this gives us, hamari thinking ability ko barhata hai, this promotes our thinking ability.

So that is why when we are criticized by anyone, we should not think that he is our enemy or she is our enemy. We just should think that is he making some valid point. If the point is valid, we must be ready to accept it . And if the point is not valid, we can either ignore it or we can explain to the person that that point is not right. This is not the right, this is not right. So but cool mindedly, we should never be disturbed and we should never feel bad about it.

We should never mind if we are being criticized. Because criticism, healthy criticism, is very important for the promotion of our thinking faculty. We must be ever ready to do so. And unless and until we don't accept criticism, we cannot work unitedly for this divine cause of especially dawat work . Now we are a global team. So this is something must for us. Because we can't perform individually.

How can one individual work for this mission which is being done at a global level? So we must understand it, we must read Maulana's literature that criticism is a must, is a sign of one non if we want to do something unitedly and at a global level. Even at home, if we are always disturbed with criticism, there are something or the other always because everyone thinks differently. There is a saying that if everyone thinks alike, no one thinks very much. So this is very, very true that we have to be open to criticism

. And if my father would not have been open to criticism, he would not have worked, he would not have produced all the literature he produced, more than two hundred books. Because he was open to criticism, he was never disturbed. There were so many people who came to him and criticized him on his face. But he did not mind, he just smiled as if nothing serious had happened. So we have learned from him that we should also be open to criticism and this is necessary for performing the dawah work, the mission.

Not only at global level, at national level, at international level, this is must because we are working together. Ji jazak Allah apa, we are actually running behind the schedule, so I will not be able to take more questions or comments. Ab mein ek do dua leta hoon, chuki waqt ab bohat kam hai. Ek dua jo Prophet ko bohat pasand thi aur Maulana bhi aksar usko padhte the, bohat Maulana ko pasand thi. Kitni zabardast dua hai yeh aur haqeeqat yeh hai ke jab Quran aap padhein, jaise abhi baat hui thi tadabbur ke sath aur gehrai se, toh yeh Quran aap ke dil ki aur aap ke seene ka noor ban jata hai. Noor ka matlab yeh hai, noor woh light wale, yeh light wale noor nahi, balkeh Maulana kehte the ke noor ka matlab jahan bhi noor lafz aaya hai Quran mein, toh woh guidance ke bare mein aaya hai, Khuda ki guidance.
