Principle to distinguish authentic hadith textually
“Maulana, in hadith there are strange things mentioned about the Prophet that upon hearing seem impossible to be his words. If we do not accept such hadith, scholars consider us deniers of hadith. Please give a principle by which we can understand what a correct hadith is. Scholars only know the authenticity through the chain. How can we know the authenticity of the text?
