Qasar prayer during journey

Maulana, agla sawal bismah siddiqui ne kiya hai. aah, dilli se unhon ne likha hai: "It is said that while one is on a journey, the person need not pray full namaz, but he or she may pray qasar namaz. However, others say that when we are so much at ease these days while being on a journey, one should pray full namaz.
