Conditioning ki wajah se us ko Distraction nazar nahi aata. toh sochna parta hai. aap ko apni Condition ko todna hoga. aur Condition ko tod kar ke apni Distraction ko Discover karna hoga. phir apne aap ko Focus par lana hoga. aur koi doosra tareeqa is ke liye hai nahi.
