لَهُۥ مُعَقِّبَٰتٞ مِّنۢ بَيۡنِ يَدَيۡهِ وَمِنۡ خَلۡفِهِۦ يَحۡفَظُونَهُۥ مِنۡ أَمۡرِ ٱللَّهِۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يُغَيِّرُ مَا بِقَوۡمٍ حَتَّىٰ يُغَيِّرُواْ مَا بِأَنفُسِهِمۡۗ وَإِذَآ أَرَادَ ٱللَّهُ بِقَوۡمٖ سُوٓءٗا فَلَا مَرَدَّ لَهُۥۚ وَمَا لَهُم مِّن دُونِهِۦ مِن وَالٍ
For each one are successive [angels] before and behind him who protect him by the decree of Allah. Indeed, Allah will not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves. And when Allah intends for a people ill, there is no repelling it. And there is not for them besides Him any patron
The rise and fall of the communities of the world do not happen at random, but rather under the care of and by the decision of God. When God blesses a community with His bounties, He continues this blessing so long as that community keeps its competency intact. After losing this competency, that community necessarily loses God’s grace also, for example, after losing internal unity, its impact on the world, is lessened. Whatever a community achieves in this world, it achieves by the law of God and whatever a community loses, it loses it by the law of God. There is nobody here who is capable of giving or capable of taking away except God.
دنیا میں قوموں کا عروج وزوال اَلل ٹپ طورپر نہیں ہوتا بلکہ خدا کی نگرانی اور فیصلہ کے تحت ہوتاہے۔ خدا جب کسی قوم کو اپنی نعمت سے نوازتا ہے تو وہ اس نعمت کو اس وقت تک اس کے لیے باقی رکھتا ہے جب تک وہ اپنے اندر اس کی استعداد باقی رکھے۔ استعداد کھو دینے کے بعد وہ قوم لازمی طورپر خدائی نعمت کو بھی کھو دیتی ہے، مثلاًاپنے درمیان اتحاد کھونے کے بعدخارجی دنیا میں رعب سے محروم ہو جانا، وغیرہ۔
دنیا میں کوئی قوم جو کچھ پاتی ہے، خدا کے قانون کے تحت پاتی ہے اور کوئی قوم جوکچھ کھوتی ہے خدا کے قانون کے تحت کھوتی ہے۔ خدا کے سوا یہاں نہ کوئی دینے والا ہے اور نہ کوئی چھیننے والا۔
