وَبَرَزُواْ لِلَّهِ جَمِيعٗا فَقَالَ ٱلضُّعَفَـٰٓؤُاْ لِلَّذِينَ ٱسۡتَكۡبَرُوٓاْ إِنَّا كُنَّا لَكُمۡ تَبَعٗا فَهَلۡ أَنتُم مُّغۡنُونَ عَنَّا مِنۡ عَذَابِ ٱللَّهِ مِن شَيۡءٖۚ قَالُواْ لَوۡ هَدَىٰنَا ٱللَّهُ لَهَدَيۡنَٰكُمۡۖ سَوَآءٌ عَلَيۡنَآ أَجَزِعۡنَآ أَمۡ صَبَرۡنَا مَا لَنَا مِن مَّحِيصٖ
And they will come out [for judgement] before Allah all together, and the weak will say to those who were arrogant, "Indeed, we were your followers, so can you avail us anything against the punishment of Allah?" They will say, "If Allah had guided us, we would have guided you. It is all the same for us whether we show intolerance or are patient: there is for us no place of escape
In reality, man is always under the eye of God. But, in the present world, man does not realize that God is watching him. In the Hereafter this veil will fall. At that time man will realize that he was completely visible to God, and to such an extent that nothing about him was hidden from Him. Those who ignore the truth do so relying on their “great men.” Whatever the common man does is done at the instance of leaders. In the Hereafter, when these people find themselves completely helpless, they will turn for assistance to their ‘great men’ on whom they had relied for guidance in this life. But the ‘great men’ will confess that their misguided leadership ended with the previous world. This being the case, how can they be expected to extend any help to them? They will tell their erstwhile followers that they are all destined to face the consequences of going astray, just as they themselves shall have to do. They will add that, whether they like it or not, they shall have to face this fate.
انسان، بطور واقعہ اگر چہ ہر وقت ’’خدا کے سامنے‘‘ ہے۔ مگر موجودہ دنیا میں آدمی اپنے آپ کو بظاہر خدا کے سامنے نہیں پاتا۔ آخرت میں یہ پردہ ہٹ جائے گا۔ اس وقت آدمی دیکھے گا کہ وہ اس طرح کامل طورپر خدا کے سامنے تھا کہ اس کی کوئی چیز خدا سے چھپی ہوئی نہیں تھی۔
دنیا میں جو لوگ حق کو نظر انداز کرتے ہیں ان کا سب سے بڑا سہارا ان کے مفروضہ اکابر ہوتے ہیں۔ خواہ وہ مُردہ اکابر ہوں یا زندہ اکابر۔ چھوٹے جو کچھ کرتے ہیں اپنے بڑوں کے بَل پر کرتے ہیں۔ آخرت میں جب یہ لوگ اپنے آپ کو بالکل بے بسی کی حالت میں پائیں گے تو وہ اپنے بڑوں سے کہیں گے کہ دنیا میں ہم تمھاری رہنمائی پر اعتماد كيے ہوئے تھے، اب یہاں بھی تم ہماری کچھ رہنمائی کرو۔
اس کے جواب میں ان کے بڑے اپنے چھوٹوں سے کہیں گے کہ آج کا دن تو اسی لیے آیا ہے کہ وہ ہمارے بے رہنما ہونے کو بے نقاب کرے۔ پھر اب ہم تم کو کیا رہنمائی دے سکتے ہیں۔ ہماری رہنمائی تو محض وقتی فریب تھی جو پچھلی دنیامیں ختم ہوگئی۔ اب تو یہی ہے کہ تم بھی اپنے بھٹکنے کا نتیجہ بھگتو اور ہم بھی اپنی گمراہی کا نتیجہ بھگتیں۔ ہم چاہیں یا نہ چاہیں، بہر حال اب ہمارا اس کے سوا کوئی اور انجام نہیں۔
