مَا كَانَ لِلَّهِ أَن يَتَّخِذَ مِن وَلَدٖۖ سُبۡحَٰنَهُۥٓۚ إِذَا قَضَىٰٓ أَمۡرٗا فَإِنَّمَا يَقُولُ لَهُۥ كُن فَيَكُونُ
It is not [befitting] for Allah to take a son; exalted is He! When He decrees an affair, He only says to it, "Be," and it is
The miraculous birth of Jesus was an extraordinary event; trying to explain it, Christian scholars have formulated peculiar dogmas. But there is always a limit one cannot cross in offering explanations; to account for the Messiah’s extraordinary birth by suggesting that he is the son of God definitely amounts to going beyond all limits, because attributing children to God negates the very concept of the unity of God. Quite apart from this, there are innumerable extraordinary and wonderful events in the universe that we see every day. In fact, every single thing in this world is in itself a kind of marvel. Now, if anyone comes across anything of this nature, he must realize that God has created it, just as He has created other countless wonders.
حضرت مسیح کی غیر معمولی پیدائش ایک انوکھا واقعہ تھا۔ اس انوکھے واقعہ کی توجیہہ میں مسیحی علماء نے عجیب عجیب عقیدے بنا لیے۔ مگر ہمیشہ توجیہہ کی ایک حد ہوتی ہے۔ اور اس حد کے اندر رہ کر ہی کسی چیز کی توجیہہ کی جاسکتی ہے۔ حضرت مسیح کی غیر معمولی پیدائش کی توجیہہ میں ان کو خدا کا بیٹا بنا دینا حد سے باہر جانا ہے۔ کیوں کہ یہ خدا کی یکتائی کے منافی ہے کہ اس کی کوئی اولاد ہو۔
نیز یہ کہ کائنات میں بے شمار انوکھے واقعات ہیں جن کو ہم روزانہ دیکھتے ہیں۔ اس دنیا کی ہر چیز ایک انوکھا واقعہ ہے۔ اب اگر مزید ایک انوکھی چیز سامنے آئے تو انسان کو یہ کہنا چاہيے کہ خدا نے جس طرح دوسری بے شمار انوکھی چیزیں پیدا کی ہیں اسی طرح وہ اس انوکھی چیز کا بھی خالق ہے جو آج ہمارے سامنے ظاہر ہوئی ہے۔
