وَٱلَّذِينَ يُؤۡتُونَ مَآ ءَاتَواْ وَّقُلُوبُهُمۡ وَجِلَةٌ أَنَّهُمۡ إِلَىٰ رَبِّهِمۡ رَٰجِعُونَ
And they who give what they give while their hearts are fearful because they will be returning to their Lord
One whose discovery of God is such that he is awe-struck by Him becomes different from other men, in that his God-fearing mentality makes him extremely serious. His seriousness guarantees that he fully realises the weight of divine proofs and he submits to God completely. In the present world, there are two ways in which a man may exert himself — one is the way of the world and the other is the way of the Hereafter. Those who possess the above-mentioned qualities, are exactly those who strive towards the Hereafter. However, in the present world, to strive towards the Hereafter is an extremely difficult task. It is one in which a man is prone to different types of shortcomings. But, Almighty God’s requirement of every man is exactly commensurate with his capacity to fulfill it. Everybody’s capacity and performance are both completely within the knowledge of God and this very fact ensures that, on the Day of Judgement, everyone will receive whatever concession he is justifiably entitled to and everyone will receive the reward which he actually deserves.
جو شخص اللہ کو اس طرح پائے کہ اس پر اللہ کی ہیبت طاری ہوجائے وہ عام انسانوں سے بالکل مختلف انسان ہوتاہے ۔ خوف کی نفسیات اس کو انتہائی حد تک سنجیدہ بنادیتی ہے۔ اس کی سنجیدگی اس کی ضامن بن جاتی ہے کہ وہ دلائلِ خداوندی کے وزن کو پوری طرح سمجھے اور اس کے آگے فوراً جھک جائے۔ خدا کے سوا ہر چیز اس کی نظر میں اپنا وزن کھودے۔ وہ سب کچھ کرکے بھی یہ سمجھے کہ اس نے کچھ نہیں کیا۔
موجودہ دنیا میں دوڑ دھوپ کی دو راہیں کھلی ہوئی ہیں۔ ایک دنیا کی راہ اور دوسری آخرت کی راہ۔ جن لوگوں کے اندر مذکورہ صفات پائی جائیں وہی وہ لوگ ہیں جو آخرت کی طرف دوڑنے والے ہیں۔ تاہم آخرت کی طرف دوڑنا موجودہ دنیا میں ایک بے حد مشکل کام ہے۔ اس میں انسان سے طرح طرح کی کوتاہیاں ہوجاتی ہیں۔ مگر اللہ تعالیٰ کا مطالبہ ہر آدمی سے اس کی طاقت کے بقدر ہے، نہ کہ طاقت سے زیادہ۔ ہر آدمی کی استطاعت اور اس کا کارنامہ دونوں کامل طورپر خدا کے علم میں هيں۔ اور یہی واقعہ اس بات کی ضمانت ہے کہ قیامت میں ہر شخص کو وہ رعایت ملے جو ازروئے انصاف اسے ملنی چاہیے۔ اور ہر شخص وہ انعام پائے جس کا وہ فی الواقع مستحق تھا۔
