إِنَّمَا كَانَ قَوۡلَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ إِذَا دُعُوٓاْ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ لِيَحۡكُمَ بَيۡنَهُمۡ أَن يَقُولُواْ سَمِعۡنَا وَأَطَعۡنَاۚ وَأُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡمُفۡلِحُونَ
The only statement of the [true] believers when they are called to Allah and His Messenger to judge between them is that they say, "We hear and we obey." And those are the successful
The believer is one who makes himself subservient to God and His Prophet. The moment the decision of God and His Prophet is made known to him, he unhesitatingly complies with it, irrespective of whether it is in accordance with his wishes or against them, whether it protects his personal interests or harms them. In the life Hereafter, success will crown one who bows down before the commandments of God and His Prophet and whose realisation of God is such that he fears Him the most; to save himself from the displeasure of God becomes the greatest concern of his life.
عام آدمی اپنے مفاد کے تابع ہوتا ہے۔ مومن وہ ہے جو اپنے آپ کو اللہ اور رسول کا تابع بنالے۔ جب خدا اور رسول کا فیصلہ سامنے آجائے تو وہ ہر حال میں وہی کرے جو خدا ورسول کا فیصلہ ہو۔ خواہ وہ اس کی خواہش کے مطابق ہو یا اس کی خواہش کے خلاف۔ خواہ اس میں اس کا مفاد محفوظ ہوتا ہو یا اس میں اس کا مفاد مجروح ہو رہا ہو۔
آخرت کی کامیابی صرف اس شخص کے ليے ہے جس کا ایمان اس کو خدا اور رسول کے حکم کے آگے جھکادے۔ خدا کا احساس اس کے دل میںاس طرح اتر جائے کہ وہ اسی سے سب سے زیادہ ڈرنے لگے۔ خدا کی ناراضگی سے اپنے آپ کو بچانا اس کی زندگی کا سب سے بڑا مسئلہ بن جائے۔
