وَقَالَ ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ ٱلۡعِلۡمَ وَٱلۡإِيمَٰنَ لَقَدۡ لَبِثۡتُمۡ فِي كِتَٰبِ ٱللَّهِ إِلَىٰ يَوۡمِ ٱلۡبَعۡثِۖ فَهَٰذَا يَوۡمُ ٱلۡبَعۡثِ وَلَٰكِنَّكُمۡ كُنتُمۡ لَا تَعۡلَمُونَ
But those who were given knowledge and faith will say, "You remained the extent of Allah 's decree until the Day of Resurrection, and this is the Day of Resurrection, but you did not used to know
When a man is born, he is but a weak child. Then after experiencing the strength of youth, followed by middle age, he again faces the weakness of old age. This means that a man’s strength is not his own. He receives it when it is given to him. It is in the power of the Giver to give when He likes and take away when He likes. In the life of this world, man cares nothing for the Hereafter, because the Day of Judgement appears to be very far away. But, this is only due to his ignorance. When the Day of Judgement arrives, —the stage for the next world—he will feel as if he had lived in the previous world for only a moment.
انسان پیدا ہوتا ہے تووہ نہایت کمزور بچہ ہوتاہے۔ پھر درمیان میں طاقت اور جوانی کے کچھ سال گزارنے کے بعد دوبارہ بڑھاپے کی کمزوری آجاتی ہے۔ اس کا مطلب یہ ہے کہ انسان کی طاقت اس کی اپنی نہیں ہے۔ وہ اس کو دینے سے ملتی ہے۔ یہ دینے والے کے اختیار میں ہے کہ وہ جب چاہے دے اور جب چاہے واپس لے لے۔
دنیا کی زندگی میں آدمی آخرت کےلیے فکر مند نہیں ہوتا ۔ کیوں کہ قیامت اس کو بہت دور کی چیز معلوم ہوتی ہے۔ مگر یہ صرف بے خبری کی بات ہے۔ قیامت جب آئے گی تو اس کو ایسا معلوم ہوگا کہ بس ایک گھڑی پچھلی دنیا میں رہنا ہوا تھا کہ اگلی دنیا کا مرحلہ پیش آگیا۔
