۞وَمَآ أَنزَلۡنَا عَلَىٰ قَوۡمِهِۦ مِنۢ بَعۡدِهِۦ مِن جُندٖ مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ وَمَا كُنَّا مُنزِلِينَ
And We did not send down upon his people after him any soldiers from the heaven, nor would We have done so
When a decision is taken by Almighty God to destroy a community, it is enough for Him to direct the forces of nature against it: He does not need to utilise heavenly forces for the purpose. People always mock or ridicule the one who appears to them to be of a low status. This was the case with the prophets. The prophets’ personalities were underestimated by the people and they were considered of too low a standing to represent the Divine Truths.
اللہ تعالیٰ کی طرف سے جب کسی قوم کی ہلاکت کا فیصلہ کیا جاتاہے تو اتنا ہی کافی ہوتا ہے زمینی اسباب کو اس کے خلاف کردیا جائے۔ ساری آسمانی طاقتوں کو اس کے خلاف استعمال کرنے کی ضرورت پیش نہیں آتی۔
پیغمبروں کا استہزا کیوں کیاگیا، اس کا جواب خود لفظ ’’استہزاء‘‘ میں موجود ہے۔استہزا کرنے والے ہمیشہ اس انسان کا استہزاء کرتے ہیں جو ان کو حقیر دکھائی دیتا ہو۔ پیغمبروں کے ساتھ یہی معاملہ پیش آیا۔ پیغمبر کی شخصیت کو ان کے ہم زمانہ لوگوں نے اِس سے کم سمجھا کہ ان کی زبان سے خدائی صداقت کا اعلان ہو اس ليے انھوںنے پیغمبروں کو ماننے سے انکار کردیا۔
