وَمِنۡ ءَايَٰتِهِۦٓ أَنَّكَ تَرَى ٱلۡأَرۡضَ خَٰشِعَةٗ فَإِذَآ أَنزَلۡنَا عَلَيۡهَا ٱلۡمَآءَ ٱهۡتَزَّتۡ وَرَبَتۡۚ إِنَّ ٱلَّذِيٓ أَحۡيَاهَا لَمُحۡيِ ٱلۡمَوۡتَىٰٓۚ إِنَّهُۥ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ قَدِيرٌ
And of His signs is that you see the earth stilled, but when We send down upon it rain, it quivers and grows. Indeed, He who has given it life is the Giver of Life to the dead. Indeed, He is over all things competent
The phenomena of rains soaking dry land and thereafter greenery sprouting from it are a regular occurence. This is an allegorical reference to an inner reality. In this way man is informed that God has made extensive and elaborate arrangements in this world to refresh and invigorate his dry existence. The soil absorbs the water and allows it to percolate downwards, making the rain water a source of revitalization for it. Similarly, if man allows God’s guidance to permeate his existence, he too will become reanimated upon receiving it. The main reason for a man’s not benefitting from God’s guidance is that he distorts God’s message. When God’s guidance comes to him, he does not take it as it is, instead he tries to ferret out some points in it which he may misrepresent. In this way, God’s guidance does not become a part of his mind. It does not nourish his soul. For those who accept God’s guidance as it is, there is the reward of paradise, and for those who distort its real meaning, there is the punishment of hell.
سوكھي زمين ميں بارش كا برسنا اور اس سے سبزه كا اگنا ايك ايسا مظهر هے جو هر آدمي كے سامنے بار بار آتا هے۔ يه ايك معنوي حقيقت كي مادي تمثيل هے۔ اس طرح انسان كو بتايا جاتا هے كه خدا نے يهاں اس كے خشك وجود كو سرسبز وشاداب كرنے كا وسيع انتظام كرركھا هے۔ زمين كي مٹي پاني كو اپنے اندر داخل هونے ديتي هے اس وقت يه ممكن هوتا هے كه بارش اس كو سرسبز وشاداب كرنے كا ذريعه بنے۔ اِسي طرح انسان اگر خدا كي هدايت كو اپنے اندر اترنے دے تو اس كا وجود بھي هدايت پاكر لهلها اٹھے گا۔
خدا كي هدايت سے فيض ياب نه هونے كي سب سے بڑي وجه يه هوتي هے كه انسان خدا كي باتوں ميں الحاد (انحراف) كرتا هے۔ خدا كي رهنمائي اس كے سامنے آتي هے تو وه اس كو سيدھے مفهوم ميں نهيں ليتا۔بلكه اس ميں ٹيڑھ نكال كر اس كو منحرف كرديتاهے۔ اس طرح خدا كي رهنمائي اس كے ذهن كا جزء نهيں بنتي۔ وه اس كي روح كو غذا دينے والي ثابت نهيں هوتي۔
خدا كي رهنمائي كو سيدھي طرح قبول كرنے والوں كے ليے جنت كا انعام هے، اور خدا كي رهنمائي ميں ٹيڑھا مفهوم نكالنے والوں كے لیے جهنم كا عذاب۔
