۞وَلَوۡ بَسَطَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلرِّزۡقَ لِعِبَادِهِۦ لَبَغَوۡاْ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَلَٰكِن يُنَزِّلُ بِقَدَرٖ مَّا يَشَآءُۚ إِنَّهُۥ بِعِبَادِهِۦ خَبِيرُۢ بَصِيرٞ
And if Allah had extended [excessively] provision for His servants, they would have committed tyranny throughout the earth. But He sends [it] down in an amount which He wills. Indeed He is, of His servants, Acquainted and Seeing
Human life on earth depends on water, but the supply of water is completely in God’s hands. If God does not provide water, man cannot obtain it on his own. Similarly, the distribution of sustenance is at the will of God. While doing so, God takes into account the depth of the human soul and, according to this, allocates sustenance to everybody. If people are given greater abundance than they can deal with with equanimity, they will become obstreperous and arrogant and, as a result, oppression and disturbance will prevail everywhere on the earth.
زمين پر انساني زندگي كا انحصار پاني پر هے۔ مگر پاني تمام تر خداكے اختيار ميں هے۔ خدا اگر پاني فراهم نه كرے تو انسان خود سے پاني حاصل نهيں كرسكتا۔ اسي طرح رزق كي تقسيم بھي خدا كي طرف سے هوتي هے۔ اس تقسيم ميں خدا آدمي كے ظرف كو ديكھتا هے۔ اور هر ايك كو اس كے ظرف كے بقدر عطا كرتا هے۔ اگر لوگوں كو ان كے ظرف سے زياده ديا جانے لگے تو لوگ سركش بن جائيں اور زمين ميں هر طرف ظلم وفساد پھيل جائے۔
هم ديكھتے هيں كه ايك كسان جب دانے كو بكھيرتا هے تو وه اس كو سميٹنے پر بھي قادر هوتا هے۔ يه انساني مشاهده اس بات كا قرينه هے كه خدا بھي اسي طرح اپني بكھري هوئي مخلوقات كو سميٹ كر اپني عدالت ميں لاسكتا هے۔ جهاں يكجائي طورپر لوگوں كے مستقبل كا فيصله كيا جائے۔ جس خالق كے لیے پيدا كركے بكھيرنا ممكن تھا اس كے لیے موت كے بعد دوباره سميٹنا كيوں ناممكن هوجائے گا۔
