يَوۡمَ يَسۡمَعُونَ ٱلصَّيۡحَةَ بِٱلۡحَقِّۚ ذَٰلِكَ يَوۡمُ ٱلۡخُرُوجِ
The Day they will hear the blast [of the Horn] in truth. That is the Day of Emergence [from the graves]
No day is fixed for Doomsday. Quite without warning, at the command of Almighty God, the angel Isra’fil will herald its commencement by blowing a trumpet (sur). Those who are unmindful of God mistakenly imagine Doomsday to be something remote. But a true believer lives in the expectation that at any time the trumpet may be blown and Doomsday will arrive. After the blowing of the trumpet, the shape of heaven and earth will undergo a drastic change and all human beings will be assembled in a new world in order to receive eternal awards, such as befit their respective deeds.
قیامت کی کوئی تاریخ مقرر نہیں۔ کسی بھی وقت اللہ تعالیٰ کا حکم ہوگا اور اسرافیل صور میں پھونک مار کر اس کی اچانک آمد کی اطلاع دے دیں گے۔
جو لوگ خدا سے غافل ہیں وہ قیامت کو دور کی چیز سمجھتے ہیں۔ مگر جو سچا مومن ہے وہ ہر آن اس اندیشہ میں رہتا ہے کہ کب صور پھونک دیا جائے اور کب قیامت آجائے۔ صور پھونکے جانے کے بعد زمین و آسمان کا نقشہ بدل چکا ہوگا اور تمام لوگ ایک نئی دنیا میں جمع کیے جائیں گے تاکہ اپنے اپنے عمل کے مطابق اپنا ابدی انجام پا سکیں۔
