فَمَالِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ قِبَلَكَ مُهۡطِعِينَ
So what is [the matter] with those who disbelieve, hastening [from] before you, [O Muhammad]
Those who stand by Untruth, feel that their high status is in jeopardy when the open and clear call to the Truth is delivered to them. In order to suppress this call, they try to smother it. Their unreasonable behaviour will take them straight to Hell, but with their false optimism, they go on thinking that they are fast approaching Paradise.
جو لوگ ناحق پر کھڑے ہوئے ہوں وہ اس وقت اپنی حیثیت کو ختم ہوتا ہوا محسوس کرتے ہیں جب کہ ان کے سامنے حق کی کھلی کھلی دعوت پیش کردی جائے۔ وہ ایسی دعوت کو زیر کرنے کے لیے اس پر ٹوٹ پڑتے ہیں۔ ان کی نامعقول روش انہیں جہنم کی طرف لے جارہی ہوتي ہے۔ مگر اپنی جھوٹی خوش فہمی کے تحت وہ یہی سمجھتے رہتے ہیں کہ وہ جنت کی طرف اپنا تیزرفتار سفر طے کر رہے ہیں۔
