يَعۡرِفُونَ نِعۡمَتَ ٱللَّهِ ثُمَّ يُنكِرُونَهَا وَأَكۡثَرُهُمُ ٱلۡكَٰفِرُونَ
They recognize the favor of Allah; then they deny it. And most of them are disbelievers
One who studies the universe, whether he be a common man or a scientist, always experiences a few moments when, while pondering over God’s creations, his mind is diverted towards the Creator. He starts feeling that these wonderful things have neither come into existence of their own accord, nor have they been made by so-called gods; their Creator is none other than Almighty God. But acceptance of God necessarily demands a change in man’s own life. It takes away a man’s freedom. So, when he undergoes this experience, after being temporarily affected, he directs his mind elsewhere. After finding God, he leaves Him.
جو شخص بھی کائنات کا مطالعہ کرتا ہے ، خواہ وہ ایک عام آدمی ہو یا ایک سائنس داں ، اس پر ایسے لمحات گذرتے ہیں، جب کہ مخلوقات پر غورکرتے ہوئے اس کا ذہن خالق کی طرف منتقل ہوجاتا ہے۔ اس کو محسوس ہونے لگتا ہے کہ یہ حیرت ناک چیز یں نہ تو اپنے آپ بن گئی ہیں اور نہ مفروضہ معبودوں نے ان کو بنایا ہے ۔ ان کا بنانے والا یقیناً خدائے بزرگ و برتر ہے۔
مگر خدا کو ماننا لازمی طورپر آدمی کی اپنی زندگی میں تبدیلی کا تقاضا کرتا ہے۔ وہ آدمی سے اس کی آزادی چھین لیتا ہے ۔ اس ليے آدمی پر جب یہ تجربہ گزرتا ہے تو وقتی تاثر کے بعد وہ اپنے ذہن کو اس طرف سے ہٹا دیتا ہے۔ وہ خدا کو پاکر بھی خدا کو چھوڑ دیتا ہے۔
