1وَٱلتِّينِ وَٱلزَّيۡتُونِBy the fig and the olive7 lectures →2وَطُورِ سِينِينَAnd [by] Mount Sinai3وَهَٰذَا ٱلۡبَلَدِ ٱلۡأَمِينِAnd [by] this secure city [Makkah]4لَقَدۡ خَلَقۡنَا ٱلۡإِنسَٰنَ فِيٓ أَحۡسَنِ تَقۡوِيمٖWe have certainly created man in the best of stature11 lectures →5ثُمَّ رَدَدۡنَٰهُ أَسۡفَلَ سَٰفِلِينَThen We return him to the lowest of the low2 lectures →6إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَٰتِ فَلَهُمۡ أَجۡرٌ غَيۡرُ مَمۡنُونٖExcept for those who believe and do righteous deeds, for they will have a reward uninterrupted3 lectures →7فَمَا يُكَذِّبُكَ بَعۡدُ بِٱلدِّينِSo what yet causes you to deny the Recompense8أَلَيۡسَ ٱللَّهُ بِأَحۡكَمِ ٱلۡحَٰكِمِينَIs not Allah the most just of judges
